Blair M. Walker

Principal

Blair brings over 25 years of experience in construction and business management. In May of 2009, Blair helped fund the roll-out of the highly successful Five Guys Burgers and Fries into Western Canada. In 2005, Blair co-founded and managed Olympus Capital in partnership with Cargill, focusing primarily on large real estate projects in excess $150 million. Prior to Olympus, Mr. Walker was a founder and Managing Director of Cypress Capital, established to fund real estate and business opportunities with an emphasis on security. Subsequently, he was a founder and managing director of BMW Technology, formed to acquire a 25% interest in SightSound which went on to partner with GE. GE and SightSound have valued the company in excess of $1 Billion as of September, 2009. Previously, Blair was hired by Century Theatres to form and then run their Construction Department nationally as Vice President of Construction. Mr. Walker managed over $1 billion in construction and was responsible for the development and construction of all new theatre complexes and retail for the company throughout the U.S., managing an annual construction budget of more than $100 million.

Robert N. Baxter

Principal

Robert has over 25 years of experience in business, including start-up and acquisition. Mr. Baxter has extensive experience in credit underwriting and project due diligence.
